Private and Small Group Classes

Do you like to work one-on-one with an instructor or in small groups for a more personalised, supportive practice? Join us for a Private, Duet & Semi-Private Pilates class for a high quality Pilates experience which maximizes your results.  

Please note: It’s compulsory for all clients to begin private classes with an initial consultation so we can be sure you get the support you need from us. If you have been referred to us by your Allied Health Care Professional, we will work closely with them to develop a personalised program to maximize your rehabilitation process.

Initial Consultation

These classes are available for all new client assessments and Private one-on-one sessions. Your initial assessment is a one-hour private session where we discuss and begin to teach the basic principles of Pilates. We evaluate your fitness level and begin to design a program specifically suited to you – whether you’re in rehabilitation, in training, or you want to improve your physical and mental wellbeing.  We use the session to take detailed notes as the basis of your personalised program. 

Private Sessions

Looking for that one-on-one attention to meet your health and fitness needs? Your private class will be uniquely tailored by your instructor, highly specific to your individual requirements, and will use the full Pilates exercise system incorporating floor work (matwork) and spring-based apparatus (reformer and chair).  At each step of the way, your instructor is on hand with constant attention and guidance to enhance precision and performance within your Pilates class.

Duet and Semi-Private Classes

These are individually tailored Pilates programs conducted in a small group setting; Semi-Private has a maximum of four participants per class, and Duet two participants only. Shared instruction lets you work through your personalised program with close supervision and guidance to achieve your goals. You can also get to know others who enjoy the many benefits of Pilates, or book in for you and your partner to get fit and improve your wellbeing together!

I have been struggling with my overall fitness and weight for years. I used to do pilates regularly but hadn’t for a few years.
