Take a break from the office with a lunchtime group class, or join one of our evening classes for the perfect end to your busy day. 

Regular Pilates-goer? We recommend our Pilates Matwork or Yoga Slow Flow class.

Brand new to Pilates or have an injury? We recommend that you take advantage of our Private Class Introductory offer before joining our group classes. 

Our qualified team will guide you through the basic exercises and Pilates principles, such as correct breathing and postural positioning, so you are ready to hit the ground running when you join in with the group!

Pregnant? You can still join in! Our qualified team will provide modifications and optimizations during class.  If you are new to our studio, it is compulsory for you to attend a Private Initial Consultation prior to joining our group classes.  Please contact us directly with questions.

Pilates Matwork

Empowering, energising and dynamic! Pilates Matwork is a continuously moving and flowing class using our breath to deepen our connection to our body and bring peace to our mind. Pilates Matwork will leave your body feeling lengthened and strengthened. 

Stretch & Release *Ideal class for beginners*

A gentle and nourishing practice to release your niggles, knots and tight spots as well as to increase your flexibility.  Stretch & Release is a fusion of Pilates & Yoga stretches, leaving you feeling relaxed, stress-free and re-energized.  

Yoga Slow Flow 

Enjoy every movement in a heavenly blend of body-rejuvenating stretches, slow Vinyasa flow sequences and a relaxing meditation. Perfect for beginners or for our strong regular students to deepen their practice.

I was looking for an exercise class that was not too vigorous because I had sustained hip, shoulder and neck injuries. I felt very stiff and wanted to get some flexibility back, as well as improve my muscle tone and strength.

It was over a year ago that I noticed her studio about to open up and decided that this kind of class might be right for me. I was surprised that initially, it was a bit more challenging than I thought. Jodie always asks you about how your body feels before each class and tailors the exercises towards individual needs.

She is extremely knowledgeable about the body and movement and will always give an option if an exercise is too easy or too challenging. She always gives clear and concise instructions so you don’t get confused and don’t have to keep looking up. Classes are always varied and I really enjoy using some of the handheld equipment too.

I have found her classes very beneficial. I have more flexibility, stronger muscles and am less prone to more injuries. I feel relaxed and energised after each session, not exhausted. I can’t recommend her highly enough, Jodie is very experienced in teaching Pilates and is a lovely person too.
