PILATES & YOGA CHALLENGE

Vital Wellness Pilates is excited to share with you our Pilates & Yoga Spring Fitness Challenge!

We want to help you tone up and shape up for Spring plus create new healthy habits that last.  

Our challenge is designed to help you lose the winter layers, increase your energy and vitality; and feel amazing in a supportive community group environment.  

Our studio is boutique style which means our classes are kept to 8 members - so youʻll never feel like just another number.

During the program weʻll support you every step of the way. Plus, we start the program together and celebrate the end of the program together allowing us to progress at the same pace!

The Pilates & Yoga Spring Fitness Challenge starts on Monday 23rd September - Saturday 26th October! (running for 4 weeks).

Joseph Pilates was right when he said in 10 session youʻll feel the difference, in 20 sessions youʻll see the difference and in 30 session youʻll have a whole new body - so who is ready to test this theory with us?

Whatʻs involved when you sign up:

  • We encourage you to attend 3 - 5 classes per week (Monday - Friday mornings, lunchtimes or evenings, Saturday mornings - please check the schedule for times. You can attend any group style, any day, two classes per day is permitted).

  • A healthy and simple food plan from our expert naturopath Kat Blake will be provided to support your progress.

  • Boxilates will be back on the schedule to help you up the heart rate and burn fat.

  • Weʻll run 3 complimentary masterclasses to help improve your Pilates and Yoga practice:

    • Inversions - How to get upside down;

    • Yoga specific - Breaking down Chaturanga;

    • Pilates specific - Advanced Pilates Matwork masterclass;

  • A Facebook support group to keep you on track (daily encouragement and tips).

PLUS:

  • The option to bring a friend for free each week (T & Cʻs below).

  • Online Q&A with Kat Blake - all your food plan questions answered.

  • Online Q&A with Jodie - all your Pilates, Yoga and Fitness questions answered.

  • After class celebration evening on Thursday 24th October (6.30 pm - 8.00 pm)

Terms & Conditions:*

Payments are to be made by via Mindbody or at the studio. All payments are non-refundable.

Clients that already have a class package will not be disadvantaged in any way. All class packages will be extended so that you have time to use your passes.

If you are on a membership, your membership will be placed on hold. As a member you have priority spot in the challenge.

The option to bring a friend for free each week is valid for all participants. To invite a friend please email info@vitalwellnesspilates.com.au with your friends full name, email and mobile, plus the time, date and class theyʻd like to attend. This email is required so we can complete the booking via Mindbody on your behalf. If any information is missing, this may delay the booking process. Bookings are essential and are subject to space availability. All friends must be a new person to the studio.

We will endeavour to run all group classes. We encourage all clients to book your classes in advance to prevent class cancellations. Classes require a minimum of 3 client bookings to run.
