Get started with Pilates 101

Welcome to our introductory level of Pilates, Pilates 101.  Our group class is designed to take you through the fundamentals and the basics of the Pilates method so that you feel confident to progress into Pilates Flow and Intensify. 

Who is this class for?

  • Clients who are new to Pilates,

  • Clients who you feel unfit,

  • Clients who haven't exercised in a while,

  • Regular clients who'd like to brush up on the basics, and;

  • Clients who are carrying injuries.

Pilates 101 runs during scheduled times throughout the year.  Our next series starts in September.

  • Starts Monday 10th September,

  • Class dates are 10th, 17th Sept, 1st, 8th, 15th Oct,

  • Times 4.40pm - 5.30pm (50-minute class),

  • Investment: $85.00 for the 5 classes.
