Workplace Wellness Programs

As a studio, we are passionate about supporting our local Perth business community to improve their health, well-being and reduce stress. 

Our studio has been running for nearly two years and after training so many people in the community, who work full-time in high-stress desk jobs, we recognised the need to offer an additional service that provides practical ways to manage daily stress. 

Our Stress, Mindfulness, and Meditation programs are run in a workshop format and are delivered at the studio or at local workplaces at times convenient for employers.
