Stress + Meditation Workshop

We would like to invite you to our Stress + Meditation Workshop to be held on Thursday 7th June from 5.30pm - 7.00pm.

The Stress + Meditation Workshop is designed to help you understand stress and the impacts it has on your body, as well as learn tips and tricks to help you better manage stress through breathing, mindfulness and meditation.

Who is this workshop for?

You would love to join us for this Workshop if:

  • You have always been interested in learning meditation but donʻt know where to start;

  • You stress easily and often find yourself short of breath or your chest feels tight;

  • You have trouble sleeping and when you do finally sleep you are restless and wake up tied;

  • You turn to eating sweet food as a coping mechanism to manage stress;

  • You stop exercising because you feel too stressed and donʻt feel you have enough time to exercise or rest;

  • You often take painkillers to relieve headaches caused by your shoulders and neck being tense;

  • You find it hard to concentrate and focus on one thing at a time and often feel very overwhelmed, especially when you have a few deadlines to meet.

What will you experience?

  • Youʻll learn about stress and how it impacts our bodies;

  • Youʻll learn lots of useful information on how to better manage stress;

  • Youʻll learn about breathing, mindfulness and meditation; and how it can help you reduce worry, stress and anxiety;

  • Youʻll experience two different types of guided meditations.


  • Youʻll receive 10 complimentary guided meditations to take home;

  • A copy of the workshop handout so you can review the information at your leisure;

  • A complimentary pass to our Friday lunchtime Pilates Stretch class which includes 10-minutes of guided meditation;

  • Refreshments.
